Draft Folder out-dated.

One of my Top Exec users is experiencing the following:

Before I undock my PC I save any unfinished emails to work on them at home.
When I restart my laptop to work on them occasionally I find very old emails
in my Drafts folder and do not find the ones that I have just saved!!!

Not sure if this is a known bug or not? Any ideas on how to get this
corrected?

Here are more details:
OS -> Win XP SP2
Outlook -> 2003 SP3 with the latests and greatests
Outlook NOT running in Cached Mode (Company Policy).

Never mind,

I just reset the Send/Receive settings and make sure the "Drafts" folder was
selected and then deleted the OST files. Next Send/Receive created a new
version of the OST file and everything is working fine now.
