Dr. Watson Error

John

We are having several people experiencing problems of Dr.
Watson errors in Outlook. It happens at random.
Sometimes when they click on send. Most of the time it's
when they try to open an attached file, usually it's an
Excel spreadsheet.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Thanks

Nope, any helpful information you can impart, like Outlook version, or the
exact error?

We're running Outlook 98 and Office 97. The Dr. Watson
really doesn't give any information as to why it crashes.
Just that a Dr. Watson error has occurred.
