Dpon't know password

When a friend set up my computer 18 months ago, he set it up Outlook e-mail
to remember my password. This has not been a problem until today: I got a
new Blackberry and want to access my e-mail from my phone. The woman at ATT
wanted my password to set it up. I have no idea what it is. I tried all my
usual ones with no luck. When I got home I started trying to find out what
it is or create a new one. I am having no luck. All I succeeded in doing is
locking myself out of my e-mail acct. Now I am really stuck! How can I set
up a new password for my Outlook Express acct?? Thanks!

You talk about Outlook and then Outlook Express. Which one is it

If AT&T is your mail provider, they will be able to reset the password.
They are the only ones who can do so.

If you know someone technical, then they might have been able to help you
before you unsuccessfully changed the password.

You probably understand now the importance of keeping a record of passwords.
You don't want to do it in a way that makes it possible for others to find
the password, but you should be able to find the passwords.
