Hi,

This issue may occur if a damaged program file (for example, an ActiveX or
Java object) is downloaded to the SystemRoot\Downloaded Program Files folder
on your hard disk.

To fix the issue
Click on the Start button and then go to Run then type cleanmgr.exe and hit
ok.

The disk cleanup utility will now startup. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files and then you'll be able to save in .jpg format
again.

Hi

Try clearing out the TIF folder. Open Internet Explorer and go to
Tools>Internet Options - then click on 'Delete Files...'.

I have the same problems sometimes. I click start, control panel, network and internet connections, internet options, under the general tab, go to temporary internet files and click delete files. this gives more room in the temporary folder.
