Downloading Internet Explorer

My husband downloaded Internet Explorer 7 Beta. I would like to remove it so
we can return to Internet Explorer 6. I have tried to download IE 6,
however, I get a message that we already have a new IE 7 so it won't
download. Is it possible to remove IE 7 so I can download IE 6?

Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and scroll down to and find IE7beta
and remove it. Things will revert back to IE6.

Please post your question in the newsgroup specifically set up for this
beta program. The experts there will know the answer.

I don't have the answer for you (or I would tell you!) but I do know
that there are very specific steps you need to take when uninstalling
IE7 so don't just remove it blindly. You might want to do a Google
Groups Advanced Search for "uninstall IE 7" and constrain the search to
the newsgroup above.

Thank you for your information. I will try both groups. I thought of
removing it, but don't see IE6 listed in my programs so decided not to do
that yet.
