Downloading Images

Hi there - I really need some help!!

I'm trying to save pics off the net, but the computer
won't let me save as JPEGs or BMPs, only ART files which
none of my art software recongises. How can I rectify
this problem? Many thanks...

ART is an AOL thing. Check that program's settings.

Also click Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS and click the DELETE FILES
button (including off-line content).
