Downloading Adobe Reader 8

Everytime I try to download Adobe Reader 8, I get nearly all the way through
then I get this message 'Internal error 2869 Setup error' and the download
aborts. Can anyone please help. Shaun.

Are you using a download manager of any kind to do this?

And, when you say "download", do you really mean "install"? That is, do
you already have the file, and you're trying to run it?

This may well be more of a question for Acrobat support in that case.

You are right, I can download it ok but it wont install on the computer, so
this makes me think it a problem with the computer not acrobat.

....and its a bulky program, so check the Requirements and your HD space (My
Computer/Local Disk/)
