Downloaded templates for labels in Home & Student Word 2007

When you download a template for address labels in Word 2007, is there a way
to make the text information be the same in all labels by typing in 1 label
field? I know you can copy and paste onto each label to get them to be the
same but thought there might be a way to get them to change all at 1 time
without having to edit each label individually.

Thanks,

That's one reason why I like Publisher better for business cards/labels.
Design one, get a full sheet. If you start with a full sheet of labels, you
are going to copy and paste.

Based on what you describe you should be able to go to the Mailings Tab,
click the Labels button & pick the template you want to use by clicking the
Options button on the Labels page. Enter the content in the Address: field &
select the "Full page of the same label" option. You can then Print and/or
use the New Document to create a file which you can save & reprint as often
as you need more of the same label.
