Download to Outlook 2003 from OWA

Hi!

I can connect to my work email online through the OWA. I can't figure out
how to download these straight into my laptop's outlook 2003 though?

I used to have a VPN to connect to the office but that wont work anymore for
some strange reason - so this is my last hope that some how I can get Outlook
to download the emails etc from the OWA.

Is it possible?

Have you actually contacted your IT department to try to find out WHY it
doesn't work?

Well they just keep trying to use different versions of VPN, I have tried
safenet & greenbow, they couldnt figure out why they didnt work!
Is there no ther way to get messages from the exchange server to outlook on
my laptop?
It works fine on my PDA .....

Well if your IT dept can't get VPN to work, then the only other option you
have is Outlook Web Access, but if your IT dept can't succeed with VPN then
don't hold your breath...
