Download Folder

Under user/<account name> there is a downloads folder that is teal/blue and
is behaves sort of like a shortcut and sort of like a folder. it also has a
custom icon. i accidentally deleted mine. how do i restore it? i am able to
make a new folder but it doesnt work exactly the same and doesnt have the
custom icon. thanks

If it hasn't been but a couple of days since you deleted it, maybe
doing a System Restore to a point prior to that will bring it back.
