Whenever I execute a download routine the dialogue box that would normally
ask if I wanted to proceed shows only for an instant and goes away with no
traces that it was there (nothing in the system tray). If I try to be quick
and hit the enter key right after clicking a download button it will catch it
and the next window does the same thing. I have also seen this for security
information dialogue boxes as well.
I have run the repair routines for both windows and IE6 and the problem
continues.
