double install.

when i sent a cd from my computer to the mediacenter computer all tracks are
installed double.this appeared after replacing the motherboard and the two
harddiscs.also album art fixer is not working good.
has this anything to do with settings or something else ?

A Repair install is necessary after a hardware change like that.
