double icons Outlook on the desktop

i don't know why,but from jesterday i have 2 icons of Outlook 2000 on
my desktop.
Both are running if i left-click,but in one of these ,if i right click
i have these windows

EXPLORER ha provocato un errore di pagina non valida nel
modulo SHELL32.DLL in 01df:6681cabf.

Explorer has caused an error in an invalid page in SHELL32.DLL...

How can i delete these wrong icon?

The same wrong icon i have in the quick launce bar.
If i right click to remove i have the same error


Please help me

If you are on Windows XP, you can download and install the TweakUI
PowerToy from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

It is English only, but should work on any language version of XP. Using
TweakUI's Desktop section, try to remove and re-add Outlook; it may
repair your situation.
