Double-click Attachment

I have a user when he double-clicks an attachment, it no
longer brings up the "Opening Mail Attachment" dialog box
which asks "Open It or Save It To Disk?" I cannot find a
place to turn this dialog box on. Does anyone have the
answer? Thank you for your time...

Attachments of what type(s) of files? From Windows Explorer, you can select
Tools | Folder Options | File Types | <<select file extension>> | Advanced
and check the option to confirm open after download for individual file
types.
