Don't want to print recipient's email addr in header

I just switch to using Outlook 2003.
Under Sent Item, I want to print my sent messages for filing.
I notice now at the header, the recipient's email addr is also printed.
This results in a very long header when the mail was sent to many people.
Previously under Outlook 2000, only the recipient's name is printed.

figured out the answer.
for each contact detail, remove the email addr under Display as.
