But they aren't being displayed inline. OE just display pictures at
the end of the message as a convience.

I have OE setup to read all messages in plain text. Sometimes
the attachment is inserted, not attached and there you are.

Is there any way to prevent Outlook Express from automatically
opening attachments inline? I'd like to see only the text of
the message body with an icon for the attachment that I can
click on If I want to view the attachment. If I elect to view
all my mail in plain text, I'll lose stuff like bold, italic,
etc. If I just block all attachments I'll get error messages.
There's got to be another way, right?
