Domain vs Workgroup Help

I use my laptop for work and at home. I had the domain from work and the
workgroup at home named the same, and things worked. Well, i got fired and
this morning I was home and played with the settings. I changed my connection
on my laptop from domain to workgroup- now I can't access my account. I
tried to change back to domain and I get a message- a domain controler
cannot be found. Help! Please

administrators to solve this problem.

Or, if this is your personal laptop and you aren't returning it to your
former place of employment, you should do a format and clean install of
Windows anyway.
