Hi everyone,

i have problem regarding shares and Users.

Is there any way to configure policy so that domain users (not power users,
not admins) are allowed to create share on local drive.

Simple file sharing is unchecked.

Please don't offer any solutions where rights must be elavated through Local
groups (I know how to put Domain users in local Power users).

thnx in advance

Probably something in group policy can do this for you, but I have to ask:
why would you want to do this? I personally recommend you not do so....and
don't store any data on workstations at all. Data belongs on your servers,
and should be shared/managed/backed up from there.

You can't. The user must be at least a power user if you really have a need
for them to create shares. -- Steve
