Domain over VPN?

I would like to setup our smaller office with a Domain Controller that
replicates with the home offices Domain. Both offices are connected via VPN
now. I have never tried to replicate a Domain over VPN so I only have ideas
how it should work. Can someone please give me some tips or direction?

I need both offices to be able to see each other via browse the Network,
there will only be one Exchange Server at the Home office, so the small
office will be using the home Exchange server over the VPN. We are using
Windows 2000 Standard and Excahnge 2000 Standard.

Thanks

How many users/compuer in that location?
How fast is the connection?
You may want a domain controller/file/print server in that location. Or look
into terminal services instead.

Hey Lanwench

There are 7 people in our small office using a half T1. The VPN is setup
using sonicwall to sonicwall. They have a NAS for their file server. Because
it is a small place I planned on making the their Domain Controller a Print
server as well.

Oh, the home office has a full T1
