domain controller not avilable to NT boxes

I have a win2k domain controller using AD. Everyone was
logging in fine over the domain controller until some
changes were made over the weekend. (Could be DNS.. I
don't know.) Now all of a sudden, All the NT boxes
cannot log into the domain. I rebooted the server, and
then they could again, and now this morning. They can't
again.
Anyone got any ideas?

A bit more info would help. Are there any messages in the event log? What
message do you get at the NT box?

And important to know what changes were made...Service pack? Hotfixes? NTLM
authentication alterartions?
