Domain controler is stupid

One of our Domain Controlers will not let us log in to
the console. It says the administrators account has been
disabled. It also apears to have lost its connection to
the Main Domain controler meaning that if you try to do a
replicate now, access denied. But people can still
authenticate to it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

On another DC open ADUC and connect to the DC you are having problems with.
Make sure that the account is not locked out and also check the default
domain controller policy that defines administrator to logon locally.
Reboot the server and then try again.

I tried this and all I get is an access denied.

What else can I try.
