Does ufdprep support FAT32?

I have built images with ewf using FAT32 because the space and memory
constraints on the target system leave me with only this option. I have seen
blogs mentioning NTFS as the file system option available for using the
ufdprep feature except one which mentions FAT32.
Does ufdprep support FAT32?
