Does MS Word has interlink capability in a word file?

I want to make automatic paragraph or table number in a file changed
automatically if one of the same numbers changed by edit;

Ex:

3.2.3 Do this and do that.
3.2.4 As described in para 3.2.3.......

When I edited the paragraph 3.2.3 as 3.2.1, the para number "3.2.3" in para
3.2.4 shoul d be changed as 3.2.1.
Does MS word has this capability?
 
With a list where you are manually typing in the numbering, you'll need
to create bookmarks around the number you want to reference, and then
use a REF field to duplicate that text elsewhere. That process is
described here (under #3 on the page):

If you had let Word automatically number your paragraphs by using
outline numbering, it would be a bit simpler. Insert | Reference |
Cross-Reference shows you a list of all the numbered items in the
document, lets you select one, and then inserts the appropriate
bookmarks and REF fields for you. For information on setting up outline
