does anyone know how to set up subtasks in OUtlook

I'm and I.T./Ops Manager and most of my tasks are multi-step and can't be
completed at the same time. Does anyone have any ideas how to set up
subtasks in Outlook?
Any help is really appreciated.

If you need a scheduling program then get something like Microsoft's Project
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/project/default.aspx). If you're looking
for something similar or less robust but need a free solution, the folks in
alt.comp.freeware might know of something.

Numbering is the usual recommendation since outlook does not have the
capability for real subtasks.
