i have posted this on below question,as a comment:
"Does it matter what XP home CD I use or just product key is matter, is that
alright if I borrow a XP home CD from someone and install it with my own CD
key(under laptop things)?

1. Is that possible?
2. Is that legal?

3. Also another thing is that does a recovery CD work as an XP CD?i mean for
Above purpose, i.e.: can i use my father Toshiba XP home recovery CD, for
That (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo?)Or I should lend a retailed version(packed

Your Fujitsu computer came with an OEM version of XP
that was activated with a Product Key for that specific
computer. You need to contact Fujitsu support as previously
stated by Carey Frisch [MVP]:

You need the OEM Recovery CD that is specifically
configured for your system's BIOS and device drivers, etc.
