"Documents" folder getting crowded

Hi all - I like the way Vista keeps user specific settings in a easily
accessible folder - but this folder is getting crowded quickly.

Is there anyway I can easily filter this view without going to the extreme
of making the folders I don''t need that often "hidden"

Any particular reason you don't do a folder tree with categories to minimize the
clutter? There's no reason to have a completely flat folder structure.

I agree with John.

Create your own folders in Documents with unique names where you can keep
your personal files organized.

Sorry, this post was retyped from my original and I left relevant facts
out...
I've got my own folder structure that works well - Its the folders that are
installed by other programs - mostly games.......

For instance - all the games that I install want to create their own folder
in their - instead of under the "Saved Games" folder. So that's a dozen or
so folders in addition to the structure I've created.

Sorry, I don't know how you can resolve this behavior unless those games
have configuration settings that allow you to specify a folder where they
save their information.
