Well, I'm use AquaDock and it looks OK.
I am still open for other suggestions.

Also take a look at "FlyakiteOSX"

Makes the whole desktop look like OSX, including the dock.
Nicely done Freeware, but requires Win2000 or newer.

There is a freeware version and a shareware version

Then go to www.wincustomize.com to find thousands of icons for the dock.
