You thought that sentence could be understood by someone OTHER than
yourself?

--- Posting Hints ---

ALWAYS REVIEW your message before submitting it. You want someone OTHER
than yourself to understand your post. Also remember that no one here
is looking over your shoulder to see at what you are pointing. If you
don't well explain your situation by providing the DETAILS that you
already know, don't expect others to know what is your situation.
Explain YOUR computing environment and just what actions you take to
reproduce the problem.

Often you get just one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no OS, no context) then they will usually
move on to the next post and never return to yours.

Regarding error or status messages:
- Do NOT omit the message.
- Do NOT describe the message.
- Do NOT summarize the message.
- Do NOT paraphrase the message.
- Do NOT truncate the message.
- Do show the ENTIRE message (but munge or star out personal info,
like your username in an e-mail address but not the domain).
And DETAIL the steps to reproduce the error or problem.

Bye.

I do know (not think) that you are a spammer. Your choice for AV
software is NOT in a signature (there is no "-- \n" sigdash delimiter).
You chose to become their affiliate spammer. Only boobs think that
appending some text onto their post is going to prove that their post is
clean. Configure ESET to *not* append their spam promotional
non-signature onto all your Usenet posts. Until then you are spamming
for them.

Assuming the query is, "Do you think that some products from the company
"Norton" or "Symantec" can use most if not all of a Windows XP systems
available resources (such as memory, etc)?" then my answer would be "No, not
under normal circumstances." It can use more than is necessary to do the
job, more than other products by other companies doing the same or better
job, etc. But use all the resources - less likely (possible it feels that
way - if it has to battle the 'bad things' so much it keeps you from being
able to use the machine in question.)

If you are asking if that is what others are assuming when people suggest
products other than Norton, I would again say, "No." Most who recommend
against Norton products do so because they use up too much resources for the
protection level they provide in comparison with other products - not
because all Norton products use up all the system resources.
