do XP support fax recieving

hi, i am doing an app for sending and recieving faxs, i am using c# 2005 and XP , the sending part is work good and i want to continue workning in my project and need to know if it better to do it with 2000 or XP,is there any difference between them in this part (recieving faxs)? and if yes ,how i can continue working with XP if it possible ?
