Do I need these startup files?

Jeff

I was looking through my startup folder and noticed the following 2 files:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office XP\Office10\OSA.EXE" -b -l
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA.EXE" -b

Do I really need these 2 files in memory or can I delete their shortcuts
from my startup folder?

Thanks.
