Do BCM remind me if I do not contact a customer for a long time?

Dear Sir or Mamm,
I'm trying using Outlook with Business Customer Manager (trial Version)
I wornder If BCM could remind me to contact to one active contact if I
forget to contact him for along time or not.
If BCM can do this so please guide me how to active this function or how to
config it

Try this email follow up add in. It works pretty good.
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/email_followup/

It will remind you if a contact has not responded to your email. You set
the number of days.
