What would be the easiest way to migrate DNS from Windows
NT to Windows 2000? I'll be using a diffent server.

Besides the normal method (of which I'm sure you're already aware of and
thought about) of making a secondary zone of the current NT4 DNS zone on the
new W2k server and then waiting for the zone to transfer, then turning that
Secondary zone into a Primary zone, you can also look at this 3rd party
tool:

As long as the Windows NT4 DNS uses a boot file then moving the zone is very
easy. See this article for more information:
