I made the following changes to my DNS cache settings but I figure
they might now be causing me trouble.

--------------------------------------------------------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache
\Parameters]
"CacheHashTableBucketSize"=dword:00000001
"CacheHashTableSize"=dword:00000180
"MaxCacheEntryTtlLimit"=dword:0000fa00
"MaxSOACacheEntryTtlLimit"=dword:0000012d

These entries do not exist by default and if their meaning isn't clear,
you shouldn't add them to the registry as a general rule of thumb.

No. Although often copied in the internet, these values do not make
sense and/or they are out of range. Remove these entries and reboot.
