DMTKC error

[JOhn Newbie]

I am getting a javascript runtime error that pops up when
I try to view some web pages. This is something new on
previously viewed pages.
It is a " runtime error,

Line 0,DMTKC is null or not an object"
do I wish to debug.
I tried to debug but it stil did not allow me to view
the page.
I am using Windows XP, and MS explorer 6.
Help, thanks for any thoughts.
