If you've already run a spyware program it has removed winupd.dll
and this is why you're seeing the error message.
Try unregistering the .dll file :
Go to Start, Run, type in
regsvr32 /u winupd.dll
Click OK or press Enter. You may need to specify the <path> to the
file , such as regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\system32\winupd.dll ,
depending on where the <systemroot>(Windows) directory is located.
