DLL problem

I receive a message that I'm using the wrong version of mapi32.dll or that
the file is corrupted when trying to open Outlook 2003. I have tried to fix
the problem by going into C:\windows\system32 but I can't find the fill
fixmapi.exe. I have gone into Search for the file and the only file that
comes up is fixmapi (without the exe extension).
