You can try doing an OS repair which should copy any
missing .dll files back to your PC.

Two of those three are known to be associated with malware:

bxxs5.dll

msiefr40.dll
http://www.pestpatrol.com/pestinfo/b/browseraid_featured-results.asp

Google gives nothing on the other file which strongly suggests malware
too. First go to start | run | msconfig. On the startup tab uncheck
any lines that reference these files.

Run these programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing
update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You should update
and run them weekly.

If you’re still having problems after running these then run HijackThis
and post the log to one of the specialty forums, _NOT_ this one.
