DLL could not be opened

After I boot up I get a rectangular box with the message

Error
DLL could not be opened

I click on OK and every thing seems to run fine. How can I
find what dll this refers to, and is it something I should
worry about? Thanks for any suggestions`

Something is starting that shouldn't be or that is crashing on startup.
Go to Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes to see what is
starting. Uncheck unnecessary programs. Be sure to scan with a current
antivirus using updated definitions. Remove spyware with tools like
Spybot S&D and/or Ad-aware.
