Hello there.

I want to diasble dll cache, how i can do it. Disabling it means i
disable also Windows file protection? I think this thing is indipendent
from dll cache

I'm not sure you can disable it, but if you do, I believe it will
disable Windows file protection.

You can use the SFC command-line tool with the /cachesize=0 command to set the file
cache size of the on-disk cache to 0. Then reboot and use the SFC tool with the
/purgecache switch to empty the C:\WINNT\system32\dllcache folder. For more

This will not disable Windows File Protection and when it needs to replace a file you
will have to insert the appropriate media.
