divert emails outlook 2002

I have facing a huge problem. Since friday outlook express is not working (
Task '(e-mail address removed) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Unable to
find the e-mail server. Please verify the server information in your account
properties.')

There seems to be no problem with the server and now I am not able to pick
up any new emails. Is there any way I can forward all the e-mails of this
address to another e-mail address?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
