distribution lists & save as vcf - Why wont it work?

Why oh why will Outlook (2003 connected to E2K3) not save a distribution
list as a vcf? I created a list for someone, forwarded it to them, they can
open it and see it as it should be, but when they click save and closed it
closes, but it doesn't save. If i select to forward it as vCard it sends it
as a text file. Try to save it as a vcf, vcf isn't an option.

Why?

Thanks

Scott

I don't think vcard support DLs. Can they drag it from the message to the
contracts folder?
