Distribution list

I have set up a distribution list in my personal contacts (I am using
Outlook at my office), but when I right-click the list and select "New
Message to Contact", the list doesn't appear in the To box.

Let me give an example:

The distribution list is called "Team A". When I click "New Message to
Contact", the name "Team A" goes to the To field in a new email
message, but it isn't the distribution list: there is not + sign to
expand the list, and when I try to send the message it says it can't
find the name Team A.

Any ideas?

Where the members chosen from the GAL or from a Contacts folder? If you
click To, does the DL appear there? If you press Ctrl-K when the DL appears
in To, does it resolve?
