Distributing Fields in a report

I have and interesting problem, I am using Access 2003 and I have
created a report from a Form. This works find, however the report is
too long to fit on one page. I added a page break to make it look
better. However because I have reached the maximum height of a report
in Access (55.5) I am unable to distribute my field down the page. What
I have ended up with is two pages where the fields are all bunched at
the top. Is there a way in Assess to make the length of a report longer
or a setting that will allow me to distribute there fields evenly,
taking up the full length of a legal size sheet of paper.

Thanks,

~Amanda~

If you do not have any memo fields you can build a record that each field has
the maximum amount of data and then alternate between design and view to
place your fields to occupy the legal size. Set the Grow and Shrink property
to No.
