displaying hidden windows...

I once came across a command line tool, possibly from this group, that would
list/display windows that are currently hidden. At the time it sounded
interesting but I figured I would never have a use for it and never bothered
downloading it. Of course now that I find a need for it I have no idea
where/what it is and my searches have come up empty. Does anyone know of
such a tool?
