Display

I am suddenly unable to change the settings on my
display. When I select dsplay in the control panel,
instead of getting the dialogue box which has tabs for
Themes, Desktop, Screen Saver etc, I just get the a box
for Themes only. I also seem to have lost Search
Companion. I have tried System Restore without success.
Any ideas?
