Display resets

Any idea vhy m\y display or 'theme' continually resets itrself to a defaut or ?
And my browser page changes as well with error ' Malicious ...has chanmged
your homepage...to coprrect do...'
I do...but it keeps on doinmg it?

Most excellent suggestions, safe mode' is a mode I rarily need to use, so
