Display problems

Using Windows mail, when I open a pps presentation with sound and music, at
the 2nd slide, the taskbar pops us and the presentation does not go any
further. I am obliged to click on it, then end the presentation.

Also, when playing games installed on my computer, after a few moves, the
game closes.

Can someone help me figure out what is happening? Thanks much!

Are you using an Antivirus? Is it up to date? Are your video drivers up to
date?
