Hi,
I have this strange problem with my monitor, the osd menu (where u adjust
your brightness, etc.) keeps popping up all be itself. I have searched and
can't find any help. It pops up for no reason every 10 minutes or so and is
very annoying. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Joann

Does it display information about Resolution mode ?. Many newer
LCD monitors will detect the resolution used and if the resolution
isn't set at what's called the monitors "Native" value the OSD will
post a notice on the screen until the user dismisses the nag.

Thanks for answering so quick, and no it doesn't show resolution mode. It
comes up with the main menu that shows brightness, image control, advanced
and so on.
Thanks,
Joann

If it happens at a fixed interval then I'd suspect that you have a
defective monitor. It's doubtful the OSD button on the monitor
itself is stuck since the menu doesn't stay on the screen constantly.
I'm not aware of a keyboard sequence that brings up the OSD
and that doesn't track with your description.
I'd call the manufacturer or OEM and discuss it with them.
Interesting issue, first time I've heard of a persistent OSD pop-up.

Thanks alot, I will try that!
