Display all Pictures

I have a home inspection database created with 2007. On the form the
inspector can attach more than one photo - that part works. When I design
the report it displays the photo but if there is more than one there is just
arrows for scrolling. I need each of the photos to be displayed on the
report, I have tried columns and it doesn't seperate out the pictures.

I don't fully understand how the pictures are stored or what control you're
using to render on report. (I don't understand which control is displaying
the scrollbar, so be explicit there.)
