Using Outlook 2002 & 2003 as POP3. NOT using Exchange. How do I setup a
pop-up window to display; when an email arrives from a specific alias (i.e.
(e-mail address removed)). Thanks.

Hi - try this:

1. Tools > Rules & Alerts
2. New Rule
3. Start from a blank rule
4. Check messages when they arrive > Click Next
5. Mark 'from people or distribution list'
In the step 2 box, click on 'people or distribution list' and find the
address
in your contact list. > Click OK > Click Next
6. Mark 'display a specific message in the New Item Alert Window'
In the step 2 box, click on 'a specific message'. Enter in the desired
message.
Click OK > Click Next.
7. Choose any exceptions > Click Next.
8. Choose to turn on the rule. Click Finish.
